How to solve the problem of blocking holes when using stainless steel mesh

1. When the material is more than 5% moisture, if we do not have the proper condition to dry the material, we should select the stainless steel mesh surface and hole size targeted.
 
2. When the water is more than 8%, we should use wet sieving method. For more granular materials, we need to change the broken materials and particle size breaking ways.
 
So when the material grain size is smaller, the clay content is more, and the sieve particle size is small, moisture plays the decisive role to prevent blockage.
 
It is recommended to adjust the tension of the stainless steel mesh and reasonable tension force to make the mesh and the support beam produce a slight secondary vibration, so as to effectively reduce the problem of blocking holes in the mesh. A tight hook made of a constant tension mechanism, that is installing a spring in the tension bolt, can also solve the block problem of stainless steel mesh.
